Bowl of Fresh Veggies (for example: celery, red pepper, red onion, carrots, mushrooms)
Use the grater attachment on your food processor to grate carrots, Place grated carrots on a food dehydrator tray with protective sheet
Now switch to the slicer blade of your food processor for the celery, mushrooms, red pepper, red onion, etc. Spread veggies on dehydrator trays
Dehydrate for 10-12 hours
Heat up some water to your desired temperature. Add some dehydrated veggies to a soup bowl, add hot water & some seasonings of your choice.
Let soup set for a few minutes and then serve. Great for traveling or for emergency food.
